Issue:

Getting Error : We couldn’t find a record in your most recently used records list to preview the page with. while creating a Lightning App Page. We couldn’t find a record in your most recently used records list to preview the page with.

Resolution:

We need to view at least one record of the object for which we are creating the Lightning Page. Example , if you are creating the page for Account , view an account, so that you will see at least 1 record in the recent view.
