How to get blurry background in a photo?

It’s a quick tip. Not going to explain in much technical way. It’s gonna be very simple. 

But you must know what is focal length in your camera and must know how to adjust that :mrgreen: .

Keep the aperture to lower f number ( such as f1.8,f3.6 etc), this will blur your background as in the below photo.

In the above picture the subject is clear but background is blurry. The blurring effect is more if the distance of the background is far from the subject.

In other way, if you keep the aperture to a bigger f number(f20,f32 etc) the background will be more clear. Sample picture below.

This technique is mostly used for portraits. In portrait we want faces of the subject should be sharp and rest of the photograph blurry.
